Consultation Fee Policy

A $75 non-refundable consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. We have enforced this policy to reduce cancellations; however, the payment will be applied to the surgical fee. Should you need to postpone your appointment, please contact our office no later than Thursday prior to your Monday appointment to have your fee applied to a new date.

NOTE: Cancellations after 5pm on Thursday (for an appointment scheduled for the following Monday) will forfeit your deposit.
