Dr. Mark Mitchell Jones and his friendly team operate a full service plastic surgery practice. They are fully dedicated to helping you make an informed decision about your surgery and walk you through each step with the utmost care and concern. Dr. Jones’s long-term team is readily available to support you and answer your questions regarding your surgical and non-surgical options and advantages, schedules and timing, other related health issues, financing options, or other concerns you may have relating to plastic surgery. When Dr. Jones meets you for your initial consultation, he will take the time to carefully listen to you and what you would like to achieve with your surgery. Then, he will analyze your case carefully from the scientific perspective, while simultaneously considering your preferences, health, and lifestyle. Finally, Dr. Jones draws upon his considerable experience to formulate a solution that is customized just for you. He will always do his best to give you a realistic view of the expected outcome. Bella Molokandova
Patient Coordinator/Medical Aesthetician
Bella joined Dr. Jones’s practice in 2000. She has over 17 years of experience in the medical field, including professional aesthetics and skin care.
As a patient coordinator, Bella’s favorite part of the job is educating and preparing patients for their surgical experience. Bella makes sure that each new patient is completely comfortable with the chosen procedure and knows what to expect. Her compassion for people makes it natural for her to make sure each patient is treated with the utmost care and individual attention. Bella considers it a special privilege to be working with a physician who genuinely cares about providing the highest quality and most effective solution with individual attention to each patient.
In addition to the patient coordinator role, Bella has developed an island of expertise in skin care for the practice. She provides non-surgical skin treatments including clinical facials, microdermabrasion, chemical and enzymatic peels, therapeutic and lymphatic drainage massages, and hair removal. Bella loves helping people feel better about themselves, and what a difference she can make with these simple techniques and products!
Bella received her certificate as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician from the International School of Skin Care in 2001 and continues to participate in professional aesthetic-related symposiums to stay current on the most effective skin care methods and medical grade products. She has worked as an aesthetician in both Europe and the United States. Bella graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1995. In addition to her profession, Bella loves raising her young daughter. Bella is fluent in both English and Russian.
Holly Hutchinson
Patient Coordinator
Holly brings a youthful dimension of enthusiasm for the patient care process at Atlanta Plastic Surgery Specialists. She is passionate for every level of patient care, taking great joy in being the patient go-to person and giving her undivided attention to the task at hand. From initial discussions and scheduling over the phone thru post operative visits, she is devoted to assuring a smooth and incomparable patient experience. Holly does her utmost to answer or find answers to all questions, leaving nothing to chance, to make the patient feel comfortable about the procedures.
What makes this job so special to Holly is the privilege to work with such an experienced and qualified physician who is devoted to taking the best care of his patients. Holly’s caring nature, love for people, knowledge about the procedures, and her pleasant demeanor make her a tremendous asset for the patients and the practice.
Holly is continuing her preparatory medical studies at Georgia State and enjoys photography, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Tebay
Financial Manager
The most recent addition to the team, Jennifer joined Dr. Jones’s practice in 2009 and brings over ten years of combined management experience in customer service, hospitality and finance. She has managed daily operations and marketing efforts in the fast-paced high-end restaurant business bringing a fresh outside perspective into improvement opportunities at Dr. Jones’s business. Jennifer has also directed the staff, customer, and financial operations of a local bank branch. Dr. Jones believes effective operations and expert financial management help bring about happy customers.
Jennifer is thrilled to have joined Dr. Jones’ practice and appreciates the friendly, knowledgeable, and caring environment he and his staff provide for their patients. She finds it a blessing to be surrounded by people who have a passion and genuine interest in what they do each and every day. Jennifer finds meeting and building relationships with new people—while assisting them in any way possible—exciting and extremely rewarding.
Since graduating from Penn State in 1999, Jennifer has made Atlanta her home. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and two cats, Benny and Sam. She loves being involved at her church and working out.
